The Royal Kingston Curling Club wants you and your group to consider renting our facility for your next function.

Whether you are looking to host a Jack&Jill, wedding reception, family gathering, birthday party or business related event, our brand-new facility offers exceptional amenities to help make it a success!

We offer a large, spacious lounge, able to comfortably accommodate anywhere from 20 - 200+ guests, along with a well stocked, beautifully appointed bar and a restaurant grade kitchen.

Our new facility, located at 130 Days Road, offers plenty of parking and is easy to find from the 401 and/or area hotels and motels.

Our fee schedule is very competitive and offers discounts for club members and smaller group bookings. Kitchen privileges can be arranged and, while all booking fees include one bartender on staff, extra bartenders can be provided by the hour.

At this time, the club does not offer on-site catering options. While we are actively searching for the right company to establish their business base in our facility, any group using our lounge is welcome to hire a caterer and/or bring in their own food. If you need a recommendation, we will gladly give you the name and number of some local companies that have catered to our facility in the past.

Decorated and setup for 130 people at this particular, catered function, this shot offers an idea of what could be possible for your event. There is room to comfortably accommodate 150+ to a sit down meal, and our liquor licence allows for 238 on-site ... big or small, this room offers options. Video monitors are available and can be used to broadcast slide shows or videos, if needed.

This beautiful, oak bar is served by 7 draught lines, and is always stocked with a wide variety of bottled beers, liquors, liqueurs and house wine. If your function requires a brand that we don't regularily carry, simply give us some notice and we will get it in for the night of your event. This proves most helpful when a reception is looking for a particular vintage of wine for table service ... we will work with you to find and supply exactly what suits your event best.

Our in-house PA system offers a number of microphone jacks throughout the lounge, which allows for options when deciding on head table/master of ceremony placement. The use of our PA is included in the hall rental, for your convenience.

The kitchen facility at the new RKCC is outstanding. The cooking area is outfitted with commercial grade equipment, capable of creating restaurant quality food for very large groups. Most caterers bring the food in already prepared, and simply use our kitchen to warm dishes up for serving, but if needed, our kitchen can be used to prep and cook your dinner. Fees for this are listed in the price schedule.

Clean up area is spacious, and a nearby exit allows for garbage to be easily and immediately removed from service area.

Prep area is extensive ... more than enough room for two or three jobs at once.
