ROYAL KINGSTON CURLING CLUB WELCOMES YOU!

REGISTRATION: Returning members will notice that the Card of Intent has been revamped/simplified for the 2007/08 season. **Each curler must fill out an information page (front page of package) for the office. Although your information may have been submitted in previous years, it is easier for member data input to be accurate if current information is available. Please submit the Membership Application/Card of Intent sheet no later than September 10th, 2007. Indications are that RKCC membership will remain strong and it is important to get membership numbers to our various sections as quickly and accurately as possible. In some cases, such as Men's Flight, the date stamp on your application may be used to fill space for league play - get yours in at your earliest convenience.

New members must submit their forms by September 28th, 2007 at the latest in order to ensure a place in the starting draws. It is worth noting though, that RKCC is always looking for new members and anyone joining the club after the 28th will still be able to curl.

Please direct specific curling-related inquiries to the Section Chair or sub-section Chair as indicated.

On the Card of Intent, please fill out each relevent page provided to indicate all of the sections in which you intend to participate as a player and/or spare.

OPENING BONSPIEL REGISTRATION: The bonspiel is open to all members and non-members and will be held on Sept. 29th, 2007. Please complete the entry form and return with your Membership Application/Card of Intent. Confirmation calls will be made after Sept. 27th, 2007..

PAYMENT OF FEES: Fees are payable in full by October 1st, 2007 and cover a yearly membership at RKCC. There is a $25 charge for late payment. Payment terms are available on request. Pro-rated refunds are not available unless approved by the Board of Directors and requests are assessed on an individual basis. Half-season memberships are available at 60% of the applicable fee.

RESIGNATIONS: If you are not renewing your membership, please return your Membership Application with a note as to reason or contact the Club Manager. This will assist the Club with membership administration.
