Active Member

Annual Fee: $598.90
Over 21 and entitled to curl in any Day, Evening and Mixed Sections.

Active Member + Landings Golf Member

Annual Fee: $598.90
Must be a current member of Landings Golf Course and show membership at office.
$30 Discount will be applied when you confirm your registration.

Active NEW Member

Annual Fee: $480.25
Non-member of RKCC for last 3 seasons; includes a $50 proshop voucher AND a 10% reduction off of next year's Active Member fee

Active Member 2nd Season

Annual Fee: $542.40
Active Member who joined RKCC as NEW member last season

Member ONE

Annual Fee: $435.05
Member ONE game a week only, any league

Social Member

Social member only.. no curling privileges

Social Member Enhanced

Annual Fee: $310.75
A non-voting member who has the same privileges as a Social Member, but with optional on-ice privileges which are limited to once a week participation in the 2-person Stick League

Registration Info

The Royal Kingston Curling Club is open to anyone that might enjoy the fun and competitive (yet cordial!) sport of curling.

Our website operates in a secure environment; public information about our club, general league information, invitational bonspiels, and rental information will be available on the public side of our website. Our online registration form, specific information on teams, games and member lists operate within the secure environment - a user ID and password will be required to log in.

New members

Step 1 - Secure Website Access

  • New members without an existing profile should click on "Sign Up" (located below or to the right, in the red Member Login box) to create a new user profile
  • once approved you will be able to access the secure website

Step 2 – First Log In

  • When you log in to the new website with your username and a temporary password that was emailed to you, please review and update all your personal information.  Click on "My information" on the right under Member Menu, then the "Edit" button and "Update Your Profile".
  • We also encourage you to upload your photo for the profile and to update the non-mandatory fields, such as emergency contacts, your occupation, etc.

Registration Process (New and Returning Members)

  • The Member's Home page includes a link (Member Registration) to our new on-line registration tool. Simply launch the registration tool, enter information as requested, and conclude by submitting your registration form.
  • When Registering for any of these items please note that it's a 3 step process.

    1. Register with your USER ID and PASSWORD to select a Membership Type (Active, Member ONE, Student, Enhanced Social, etc.) Make sure you press Continue With Your Signup in the bottom right of screen.
    2. Register for EACH League you want to play in and sign up as an individual or a team. Registering as a Team does NOT register all the players, they must all register themselves. Registering as a Team makes it much easier for the Convenors to know who wants to play with who. Press Save Entry and you will be returned to the League list to sign up for additional leagues. When you have signed up for ALL leagues that you wish to play in then press Continue With Your Signup. You will be asked if you require a locker. Make your choice and Continue With Your Signup. You will then see the Confirmation page where you can Print your choices and get your total registration amount. Make sure you Confirm My Entry or the registration will be lost.
    3. Register for EACH CLUB Event you want to play in. Club Leagues have multiple Events throughout the year when teams all change about so make sure you sign up for each and every one of them.
  •  This is the third year that we have an option to make 4 equal payments for your membership. It will be a manual process where you come into the club and pay at the bar or at the office with 4 equal  cheques or leave your credit card information and we will process your payments every month. Payments are due September 19, October 17, November 14 and December 12.   $25 late fees will be added to all delinquent accounts.
  • Please note, if you are using a locker, choose the locker option and a $28 (plus HST) locker fee will be added to the membership.  
  • When submitting your application, you will have the ability to pay your membership fees on-line by credit card.
  • An important feature of the website is the volunteer section. Please visit this page and indicate your interest and availability to assist the club in various volunteer roles.
  • We also have a page for information on sparing availability. This can be used to indicate your interest and availability to spare for various leagues.

For RETURNING members, your RKCC system user ID is simply your first and last names separated by an underscore e.g. Jane_Doe.

    • Follow instructions below to find your password.
    • When you log in to the website with your username and a temporary password that was emailed to you, please review and update all your personal information.  Click on "My Information" on the right under Member Menu, then the "Edit" button and "Update Your Profile".   You can also change your password here to something that will be more easily remembered.

How can I change my password?

For most users, the RKCC system user ID is simply your first and last names separated by an underscore e.g. Jane_Doe. However, it may be difficult to remember your password (as the initial password was system generated). Here are the steps to change your password to something that you find easier to remember:

    1. log into the system and select "My Information" tab in the upper left corner
    2. select Edit tab and choose "Update your profile"
    3. select the tab for "User Info"
    4. enter a new password, then verify password
    5. hit the update button near the bottom to save the change

How can I change my email address?

If you would like to change the email address that in the RKCC database, here are the steps:

    1. log into the system and select "My Information" tab in the upper left corner
    2. select Edit tab and choose "update your profile"
    3. select the tab for "user info"
    4. enter your new email address
    5. hit the update button near the bottom to save the change

How can I find my password if I don't remember it?

    1. Click the "Forgot Login?" button on the Member Login section
    2. Click the "Lost Password" checkbox
    3. Enter your RKCC username
    4. Enter your email address (the one on the RKCC database)
    5. Click the "Send Password" button
    6. You should receive an email with a newly generated password
    7. You can use the "Change Password" option to change this if you want.

How can I find my RKCC Username?

    1. Click the "Forgot Login?" button on the Member Login section
    2. Click the "Lost Username" checkbox
    3. Enter your email address (the one on the RKCC database)
    4. Click the "Send Username" button
    5. You should receive an email with your username
    6. You can use this to log onto the website. If you don't remember your password you can use the "Forgot Password" option.

How can I find the email address or phone number for another RKCC member?

    1. Click the Member Search menu option toward the bottom of the Members Menu
    2. Enter your search criteria (e.g., first part of person's last name)
    3. Click Search
    4. You will see a list of members matching your search criteria
    5. You will see phone numbers for these memners
    6. Click Email checkbox at the right to send an email to a member
    7. Click the "Email All Selected" button
    8. You will then see a window to enter your email subject and body text
    9. Press "Send Your Email" when you are done entering your email. This will send the email to everyone you selected in your search.

Want to add your name to a Spare list? (must be logged in)

    1. In the Member Menu panel down the right side of each page, under Member Information select My Sparing Availability.
    2. Once inside, select the league(s) you are Available to spare in and click Save at the bottom of the page, it's that simple. If you wish, you can indicate a desired position.
    3. If there are periods of time throughout the year that you won't be available to spare, you can always go in and make yourself Not Available and again click the Save function.

Looking for a Spare? (must be logged in) 

    1. In the Member Menu panel down the right side of each page, under League Information select Spare Lists.
    2. Once inside, select your league and a listing of spares and their contact information will be displayed.
    3. If you select the Email button (appearing at the bottom of the page), the system will dispatch an email message to each individual you have selected.
    4. When the system sends an email, it does so without displaying recipients' mailing addresses to the sender – thus maintaining privacy.

Want to Volunteer? (must be logged in)

    1. In the Member Menu panel down the right side of each page, under Member Information select My Volunteer Interests.
    2. Once inside, select a Volunteer Role you would be interested in and click Save at the bottom of the page.

Looking to get on a Team?

    1. Click the "Click here to add yourself to the list or to delete your listing." link
    2. Select the League you wish to play in from the drop down list and indicate your preferred positions
    3. Click the Save Entry button

Looking for a Player?

Individuals looking for a team will be listed by League

No longer a Free Agent?

    1. Click the "Click here to add yourself to the list or to delete your listing." link
    2. Click the Delete button beside each League you are no longer a 'Free Agent' for.
