Ice
The Royal Kingston Curling Club has 6 sheets of ice. Ice rental can be for one to six sheets depending upon availability. The ice may be rented in hourly increments and you can host your group. It might be a group of eight curlers, a team from work or larger group up to forty eight people - we can get you on the ice to try the game first hand. We have curling equipment available, including brooms and sliders. Participants will need a clean pair of running shoes.
If you want to make it a special event, the ice rental can include bar service and we work with many local catering services if you want to plan for a meal or snacks. For a modest fee you can use our kitchen facilities to prepare and serve simple meals. We are ready to help you have a successful meeting and outing.

Lounge
The Royal Kingston Curling Club wants you and your group to consider renting our facility for your next function.
Whether you are looking to host a Jack & Jill, wedding reception, family gathering, birthday party or business related event, our facilities offers exceptional amenities to help make it a success!
We offer a large, spacious lounge, able to accommodate from 20 – 160+ guests. There is a custom well equipped bar and a restaurant grade kitchen. Our licence allows up to 238 persons on site for an event.
We are at 130 Days Road with parking and ready access from all parts of the city.
Our fee schedule is very competitive and offers discounts for club members and smaller group bookings. Kitchen privileges can be arranged and, while all booking fees require one bartender on staff, extra bartenders can be provided by the hour.
We do not offer on-site catering options however you may hire a caterer and/or bring in your own food (kitchen fees may apply). We can also recommend local catering services that are familiar with our facilities.
Decorated and setup for 130 people at this catered function, this picture provides an example of how the lounge space can be arranged. There is room to comfortably accommodate 150+ for a sit down meal. Video monitors are available and can be used to broadcast slide shows or videos, if needed.
This beautiful, oak bar is served by nine draught lines, and is always stocked with a wide variety of bottled beers, liquors, liqueurs and house wine. If your function requires a brand that we don't regularly carry, simply give us some notice and we will get it in for the night of your event. This proves most helpful when a reception is looking for a particular vintage of wine for table service and we will work with you to find and supply exactly what suits your event best.
Our in-house PA system offers a number of microphone jacks throughout the lounge, which allows for options when deciding on head table/master of ceremony placement. The use of our PA is included in the hall rental, for your convenience.

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with commercial grade equipment, with capacity to prepare restaurant quality food for large groups. Most caterers bring the food in already prepared, and use the kitchen to warm dishes up for serving. However, our kitchen can be used to prep and cook your dinner. Clean up area is spacious and recycling and waste disposal are available.
Boardroom
The Boardroom is adjacent to the entrance and includes a large table, with comfortable seating for twelve persons. There is a digital flat screen that may be used for presentations.

Pickleball Courts
The indoor pickleball season is from late April to September, in our climate controlled ice shed. We have six courts and there is a drop in pickleball program for a fee on Monday to Friday, 9-11 am and Tuesday and Thursday evenings 7-9 pm. There is more information about our pickleball here.
However, if you want to rent pickleball court(s) at other times, these are the rental rates.
