Practice Ice and Make-up Game Times
- Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance
- The main practice time is Sunday morning from 8:30 to 10:30 am. Members can book a one hour practice ice time at either 8:30 or 9:30 am (sheets 1-3 & 6) or make-up games from 8:30 to 10:30 am (sheets 4 & 5). Practice times are 60 minutes in length and there is available bookings for four curlers per practice sheet. Please respect the time allowed as others will be waiting to begin their practice time.
- Each curler is limited to one booking per day. Please plan to share the sheet and make a plan with your curling partners on how you will use the practice time.
- There are limited practice and make up game times at other times during the week. The practice times are indicated on the Club Calendar and the best way to access this is via Member Menu / Reserve Practice Ice & Make Up Games“. This will open the Club Calendar and you can scroll through to find a possible practice time. The available times are indicated in bright green and when completed you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please remember that if plans change, and you are not able to use the ice, it is very important to cancel your booking. This allow other club members to access to these practice ice/make up game times.
- It is not helpful to call or email the manager, as the manager cannot cancel these bookings as they are logged under your individual member record.
- The booking that you want to cancel is listed under your name. To cancel a booking, go to Member Menu / Member Information / My Bookings.
